Fill small baby bottles with a beverage (fruit juice, baby shower color coordinated water, Jack Daniels...) for each guest. The person who finishes the bottle first receives a prize!

Place about 50 small safety pins in a bowl with uncooked rice. A blindfolded guest has to pick out as many safety pins as she can. Set a 30 second time limit. The one with the most pins wins!

Have your guests sit in a circle with the mom-to-be standing in the middle. Pass around a roll of toilet paper for everyone to rip off the amount they think will fit around mom's tummy. The closest fit wins!

Blindfold a guest and have them kneel on the floor. Give the guest a pair of salad tongs and place a bowl in front of her. Spread cotton balls all over the floor in front of the guest. Scoop as many cotton balls off the floor as you can in 30 seconds with the tongs and place them into the bowl. The person that has the most cotton balls in the bowl is the winner!

Before the party, place several new baby items such as baby shampoo, cotton balls, bottle nipples, baby cloths, soft baby toys, rattle, diaper, and other related items on a large tray and put it out for the guests to see. Start by giving each guest paper and pen/pencil, but do not tell them why they need them. Then take the tray away. Now ask your guests to write down what items they remember seeing on the tray. The guest who remembers the most items wins. Guests who come up with funny answer can also get points for originality! In case of a tie, ask the guests to write down brand names or colors of the objects and the guest who remembers the most details wins (or give all the guests with the same score a party favor!) When the game is over, give the items on the tray to the mom-to-be as a shower gift.

Two people hold a clothesline while each attendee takes a turn hanging up baby clothes. The trick is that they have to hang the clothes while holding a baby and talking on a cordless phone! The one who can hang the most clothes in one minute wins. Contestants get an extra point for funny fake phone conversations!
